i didnt ask about pricing yet Im kind of scared actually. Im not nearly ready to even think about it either. Just trying to find a place that can do it.
I odnt even know how a company would charge a price. Labor, material, machine time, and set up I guess would be what i would be getting charged for.
so far i have found a couple places I will be talking to once I get to the point where I can send them a file.

We are a setup fee plus the laser run time of your parts. Program/drawing fee will be added depending on what you have to supply. your material or ours...

watch this vid, Laser Tube notching is actually a very easy and fast process. The time it takes for setup is nothing. Elite charges very fair pricing due to the fact that it does not take much time at all to setup the tubes for cutting.
this video will explain it all.

They can cut up to 6" Dia, and full sticks with a loader that holds about 20 or so sticks. The efficient process they use really cuts down the cost. The precision is insane. The tube fit perfectly right out of the machine. They have it DIALED and the cut is very nice!
