Any good custom axle builder should be able to build you a Toyota housing to fit your truck; It is not hard to do.

RCV is working on heavier CV assemblies for your gen truck. They have my stock parts and are using them as a guide for building complete new assemblies. I got a message from them a few weeks ago that their plan is cromo inner stubs, 930 inner CVs, cromo shafts and their cromo Toyota live axle bells with the orange boots for the outer CV.

Talked with them this past Weds., they are working on it, but no time given yet.

They will be doing them as a bolt in, with stock or +3-3/8" center bar lengths for the LT guys.

Are you still planning on building a 8" housing to run them with or are you going to stick with the 7.5 ifs housing?

Talked with RCV yesterday, they said about 1 to 2 more weeks. Their Jeep line has grown so big that their development time has been hit.

In my Street/Trail 4Runner we will keep the 7.5" until it blows up, I am not convinced that the 7.5"s are as weak as some people say say, I set my gears up and know that everything is as perfect as it could be, so only time and abuse will tell.

We're collecting all the parts to build a Ultra 4 style Toyota-based buggy and that will definitely get an 8". Already have an 8" front that we chopped the tubes off of, just waiting to get our new CNC plasma table up and running to build the brackets and end plates.
