Very, very cool.

I saw a lot of speedway in the late 60's early 70's, Whiteman Speedway & then Orange County and Irwindale. Rick Woods, & the Bass Bros. were top Americans when i first started going. I got to see Barry Briggs and Ivan Mauger (who was the top rider in the world at the time) race at OC. Later local Bruce Pinhall became the first modern time American to become world champ. Desert racing ace Jim "Animal" Fishback raced speedway for years, I've heard recently that his son is currently involved in speedway.
