Baja 1000 '08

I am looking to come out to the desert and spectate this year's Baja 1000. Does anyone have room in a chase truck or pit or anywhere that I can get a feel and some experiential learning for the race? Any suggestions, hints, etc. are welcomed. Thanks.

This years race wil be pretty cool to spectate. If you dont want to go far south you can spectate around race mile 120 which is about 30-40 minutes from both the Tecate and Mexicali border crossings. Since I wont be racing this years 1000, I'll probably watch the quads and bikes go through ojos negros and then I'll head down to race mile 280 and watch them come through both times.

U can always get a room in San Felipe and tag along with us. if interested PM me..we will be at the point where the course comes through twice. Borrego off the 3 right b4 the 5 to be exact.
