Engine mounting question

I'm mounting a dry sumped sbc in a 1450 king cab chevy and was wondering if i should mount it level with chassis or kicked a few degrees down at the fly wheel.Just wondering if there were any pros&cons to level vs unlevel.

They usually slope down in the back. Look at an intake manifold - They lean the carb forward a few degrees to compensate for the installed angle.
