longbed into shortbed conversion

I have a '95 chevy 1500 longbed. I was wondering, how much work/money would it take to convert it into a shortbed? Do you guys know anyone that does it in Corona/Inland Empire area? Thanx for your help

It's fairly easy if your prerunning the truck. Short bed sides, fuel cell (stock gas tank is too long), shorter driveshaft, and move your spring hangers forward, cut excess frame off.

More work if your trying to keep a stock bed.
