Here are some pics of my side mirror mounts for my car. I'm not racing it so I didn't go with the bigger tubing.

They still have to be cut down to fit the car but it's a start. I just didn't know how most of you made your mirror mounts.

Those look pretty good to me, 4130 and the framework makes up for any diameter loss, its only a mirror your supporting, I like them!

Those look great where did you find the mirrors themselves I've been thinking about building some for a while.

I actually found them at the local NAPA store. I didn't want the convex like a spot mirror, these are flat and should give me ample view behind me.

What you got there looks great. The only thing I can say is I use convex mirrors just so I can see any cars coming up behind me at a glance. Plus the co-drive can still see both mirrors at the same time.
