roll cage questions........ 98 ranger

so i'm finally getting close on the teardown of my truck and i'm ready to start building the roll cage inside the cab.... i am just curious what others are using for material( size, type of material- mild steel, DOM.....) if anybody has some pictures of how they did there cage i would really like to check them out....

get a SCORE rulebook for rules.
use DOM or CHROMOLY.
size depends on truck weight. my truck exceeds 4000 so i got 2" .120wall DOM.
i think you'll need 1.75 or something. i suggest DOM if its not going to be a super trophy truck.

for cage pics, go into the "shop" forum and under "show and tell" there are ranger projects and get cage ideas from them. or use "search".

Race Truck - 1 3/4" to 2" .120 4130 chromoly
F$$k off in the desert truck - 1 1/2" .120 mild steel or dom (this might save you alot of $$$$)
