Spring plate tire problem

The spring plate hits the tire on the rear of my class 9. They are stock lengh spring plates, is that my problem or what. I know that i need a different offset of wheel and spring plates that dont stick out so much. The tire now is only a 31. I think there will be huge problem once i run a 33. Does anyone run rear wheel spacers? Please help me thanks

My dad says your torsion bar is to long. That they should be intermediate bars and spring plates.
