Running Radiators Behind The Cab

so we just moved our radiator to the back, behind the cab. we are going to be hard lining the most we can, but we need to use flex in a couple spots. what is the best type of hose to run? whats it called and where do you get it? what is the cost?

Where do you need to run flex? I prefer to fabricate as many bent sections as I can. Then only run straight pieces of hose. That way if you are broke down somewhere it is easier to find or splice a straight section of hose rather than a bent piece.

Yes fab all the corners, and connect with straight pieces of Gates Green Stripe coolant hose.

also make sure you run some really good fans, otherwise your just asking for overheating issues. If I were to run a radiator in the rear this would be the company I would use. Good luck!

We are running a PWR. we have a high volume waterpump so it should pump up there???? but if anyone is out at the dash check out our pluming. it is crazy. it goes under the driver side and come 3 inches from the tire at full bump. its scketchy but it was the only place we had availiable to run it. we are 1488
