2002 Tundra v8 CEL on/off

Ok on my 2002 v8 Tundra I think Im getting a few miles per gallon less than what I should be getting. I had the computer throw a CEL a few times and it seemed like the engine idle would lower and raise uncharacteristically. But the CEL would always disappear after a day or so. Now I cleaned out my TB and my filter is pretty clean, Im now thinking maybe one of my o2 sensors is shot giving me the bad mileage, but the CEL doesnt stay on long enough really for me to make it to Autozone or what not. Anyone expierence this before?

Have you read the code yet? What ever tripped the CEL should still be in the memory.
