This is a longshot at best on RDC, but Maybe someone had a new set of 14MM subaru EJ20/EJ25 Head Studs sitting on a shelf for some sand car project that didn't come together. Stock are 11mm.
Cosworth and COBB Tuning made them (through ARP), but have discontinued them.
This is a WRC/650+++hp high boost 40psi part that someone might have bought for a 750hp Subaru Turbo sand car motor or something.
I have looked for a week, and no luck, and the one off price from ARP is insane.
