Hi Volunteers,

Here are the Volunteer Checkpoint/Rd Xing Guidelines/Procedures. Rovers...I have not made procedures for you yet, but the first half of these instructions has all the general info...freqs, phone contacts, safety, etc...

Let me know if you have questions. Didn't have time to make into PDF...might do that today....or if someone could do that and repost on this thread....that would be great!

Take care...and thanks!

Jon

If, let's say you are a Spotter... Which guidelines should they follow? Road Crossing or Checkpoint?

Hey Tim,

I will make some spotter guidelines today/tonight along with the rover guidelines.

The general info will be the same, but I will detail the specifics.

What time do I need to check-in on Saturday?

7am, Brian an I will hold a little volunteer meeting. If you get there later...no problem...we will go over stuff with you. It will get more difficult after 8am....as we will be preparring for staging.

We will also be giving away goodies on Sat morning at the 7am meeting so that is cool too!

The remote checkpoints need to get there early....so they have time to be in position by 8:30.

There will be more last minuite info like this in a seperte thread call "Last Minute Volunteer Info" Any different info there trupms this info:eek:
