I need some mac (Tiger specifically) users to test out a PDF. Some Tiger users are saying that the attached PDF is unviewable in Preview and Skim but viewable in Adobe Reader. I'm looking for confirmation.

I promise this isn't spyware/malware/virus (is there such a thing for a mac? :D) and it's work safe....unless reading how to rebuild SAW's bumpstop is not work safe.

10.5/Leopard shouldn't be a problem. For some reason, Preview and Skim won't recognize the security features on certain PDF files in 10.4. I was wondering if this was a unique case for another user but it now looks to be universal.
