Upholstery in Upland (or nearby)

I need to have a fiberglass pre-runner dash padded and then wrapped in a dark tan Vinyl - CHEAP! The dash will be pulled from the truck this week and can be dropped off. Looking for a quick turnaround time as it needs to go back into the truck to allow the wiring to continue. Would like to keep it in the Familia if possible.

Groves "other" shop uses a place in Ontario called Rauls, I dont know if they are cheap but they are somewhat local to you. They are on Holt and I believe Campus. Also Darren at ZLT has a guy that he uses that is inexpensive that could probably get that done for you. He is out of Corona though. Yeah Raul's is good, dealt with him when I worked at a shop around the corner. He did good work with a fast turnaround

yeah Raul's is decently priced and they do a great job. He did a classic car myself and my dad fixed up and he also re-did the interior of my dads corvette when the dog jumped in the seat and messed it up. I think he is on holt between mtn and bon view? their is a old tractor tire that is burried half way with the sin hangin on it on the south side of the street

He is fast and does great work... He has done restoration work, custom work and general repair work for 20+ years now and really is a great guy. Let him know that Chris Tobin recommended you and he will take good care of you.

The over the phone quote of $125 at Raul's turned into $195 when I arrived. I wasn't about to walk away over $70 bucks and if the work on the dash is good it'll be money well spent. With that said, after the price switcharoo I'm open to doing business with someone else.

Chris - Do they do headliners? How about boats? I've got a 1974 Spectra 24XS that's getting a new interior sometime soon.... haven't decided where yet.

I have used Mission Upholstery in Chino with good results in the past...been a while since I have been by there so hope they are still around. Kartek often referred VW restoration work to them when they were still in Chino. And I have had the same bad experience with Raul's but they are known to do good work...
