I need to come up with a design for my friends class 8. Does anybody know where I can get a blank template. Something that I could use in Photoshop or Illustrator.

Take a good square picture of the body on the truck then pull it into Illustrator and draw a template

i Do vehicle wrap design for a living i can make you a custom template if you send me good pictures from the side and hood just make sure he stright on! it may take a couple day to do it in between work. and it will be a full working design template.

In some photo programs you can take a picture and convert it to line art.
