LOL! After storms like this I really miss San Diego! I work at FedEx Global Hub and I've been working in this crap for the last two nights. I thought I would get a snow day/night,but those bastards don't stop landing plans for any reason!

We've had snow stick to the ground here in SE Tennessee but not even enough for the kids to play in and its gone in a day or less... I am actually hoping for at least one good snow this year.

those bastards don't stop landing plans for any reason!

"Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat nor gloom of night stays these Couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

I would actually like a little sustained weather, whether it be warm or cold. It has been Freezing(Ca.) cold one week, then super hot the next. My dog doesn't know whether to shed it's coat or stay under the covers:D and I have a stack of laundry like you wouldn't believe:D trunks, coats, thermals, T-shirts......

GAME OVER?

8 inches today.......I cancelled everything and went out a couple of hours ago to plow the driveway and clean off the cars. Other than that I have spent the day writing and catching up on some DVR'd programs.

Wasn't it Mark Twain that said "The coldest winter I ever experienced was a summer in San Francisco"?

Fabio, your not too far east from me.....trust me, If it weren't for the Grandchildren, the misses' and I would be living back in the Southwest right now.

After 36 years in San Diego I do miss the weather. But it's 85 up here for 5 month,60-70 for 2 month and 40 and less for 5 months. I can handle that kind of change so I don't have to deal with traffic, we have fresh air (up here at least) and my kids can be kids. The deserts close also and I can board 3-4 times a week.
Stay away though, it's not that great.

Nice shots man, I do wish I was that close to a mountain:) but I could spend the rest of my life not having it be 40 degree's out, let alone deal with it for 4 months:D
