To any law enforcement officer that can help:
I got this infraction a few days back...so if I get my registration all up to date and pay the fees regarding that (registration), do I still have to pay the $247 fine for the infraction? I heard it gets reduced to an administrative fee.
Also, would this go on my record the same way a speeding ticket would? IE insurance goes up unless I go to traffic school.
