Looking through the vendor permit list, I noticed that I left something out.....For the County of Imperial Business License, you must call the phone number I provided for them and ask them to mail you a business license application. You can not get that one online because it is a duplicate form. I received ours 2 days after I requsted it, so getting the form does not take long. That is the form that is a 24 hour turn around once you mail it back to them. Sorry and thanks!
