Photo question for mods.

I attached a photo on this thread. "http://www.race-dezert.com/forum/showthread.php?t=59299" post #10. Why is it an attached image vs. an attached thumbnail. You can't see the picture until you click on it.

Mods correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it's the format. As far as I know .bmp files aren't very widely supported so basically people who want to view it have to download the file and open it with a compatible program (in most cases ms-Paint).
