you can either put them in as attachments (size limited), or host them somewhere (like photobucket.com) and use the
url to photo tags.

Are you talking about embedding the photos into your post like this?

If so, start by opening a photobucket account and upload the photos you want to use from your computer.

I've found this is the easiest way for me to post pictures from photobucket.

Pick whatever picture you want to transfer into your post. Place the cursor on the picture and allow the drop down box to appear. Place your cursor on the IMG code box.

Left click on the box and a yellow "copied" box should appear.

Go to RDC and right click and paste the code into the narrative field.
