Rep trouble?

Did something change or am I an idiot. (probably the latter) I used to be able to left click on somebody's avtar and give them rep. Now I can't. Please help, there are plenty of people I owe some rep to.

I thought there was only one way to rep, that icon next to where it says OFFLINE or ONLINE
