Trouble attatching files

When i click the manage attachments button i get nothing. i have attached photos many times on here with no issues. i updated my internet explorer thinking that was the issue but it didnt help. anyone got any ideas? thanks in advance-Andrew

Browse your computer for the pic you want and click the open button. You'll see it load onto the attachments screen. Once you see it towards the bottom of the screen, then click upload. Then post your reply. IE shouldn't be causing any problems for you to do that. Make sure the pic file is not corrupt too.
