Tickets are $20 each, 2 for $35, 3 for $50, 4 for $65, 5 for $75, 6 for $100.

Your email address will be used to contact you unless you give a phone number. This is for my friends mom who does not have money for treatment, see flyer, Im just trying to help get the word out. We will be sending out emails periodically to up date you on number of tickets sold.

The winner will be announced on the day of or day after 700 tickets are sold. The drawing will be posted on youtube.com as well.
