Those are pretty good votes!!! I just set my DVR this morning. I very seldom watch races live anymore... it is better to watch on my schedule even if it takes more than one sitting...

I think the 5 will pull it off... It is a feather he doesn't have in his cap yet and the resources of HMS plus momentum should serve him well! I am actually fine with anyone but the 18! I hope it is a good race not 10-lap sprints again!!!

Man, nobody choosing the 7 for the win...............Oh yeah, wrong site (lol). I will not be watching the race either.......Not because of any plans, I just value my sanity as an RG Fan. Gas On!

I'll be sitting smack dap in the middle of turns 1 and 2. Should make for an interesting race with the double file restarts on a single line track! I've seen pretty much every team out here the last 4-5 months tire test and word around the camp fire is that the tires are too good. Whatever that means.

I'm actually parking in the infield this year with just a handle full of friends. The group I usually roll with can't afford it this year. So I figured I would bring the party too me. I got the smoker going right now cold smoking some fresh copper river salmon and garlic cheese with bagels for breakfast. At the track, I will slow and low two racks of ribs and a crap load of bacon wrapped armadillo eggs for lunch, and Three picnic butts with bacon wrapped sweet corn that was picked yesterday for dinner after the race. The corn hole and drinking games should begin around 6:00am for us. Hit me up with your # so you can come by for some good eats and water down beer(sorry economy route. Anyway's, it's Indy. Just walk around the infield or down 16th street and there will be tons of party's.

Rg a crappy qual to go with 2 decent practices. I think the track is falling off in the afternoon heat.. or it got cloudy and cooled...

He is the only one to do a second lap so far out of 32 cars. Prob hurt the motor and is gonna start in the rear now lol.

We got some pretty heavy storms last night from 4am to 10am. Very windy and cloudy. Then about 2:00pm the sun came out blazin' so I guess the rain washed the rubber off and the sun heated it up! I really look for Juantoya to take the win. He knows how to get around Indy! Did anyone watch the truck race last night? Hell of a good race! I just scored a FREE ticket to the nationwide race so I guess I will be battling my way into there.

JPM: "If they do this to me I am going to kill them"

I think JPM may have a case. He was snagged for speeding at Phoenix, then after the race NASCAR told him it was a mistake, they were wrong, and he didn't speed. So there's history. If they gave him a false speeding penalty again I don't blame him for being pissed off.

And Yak, I want to hire you to be our cook at Vegas to Reno

If you call 28th a recovery, yeah he recovered........Another shiotty finish for Robby Gordon Motorsports.

Him choosing to drive for his own cup team and flounder is one of the biggest wastes of driver talent in the history of motorsports

Speaking of Biff... did you guys see the NASCAR commercial on ESPN lately? When they cut to Biff (3 times) they are prepping an off road/sand car in right behind him. Sweet.

As usual, i fell asleep as the first green flag stops were starting, thank you napcar for turning stock car racing into a predictable glob of crap. Get rid of the COT, get rid of mystery caution flags, show races, not commercials, whatever,.......found out who won on victory lane, deleted the whole race on my DVR, no need to waste anymore time.

I grew up watching NASCAR in the 60's on Wide World of Sports and have enjoyed the growth but something is wrong and has been for some time. Except for super speedways, 2 road courses, and a few short tracks (even those are not what they used to be) the races are just plain boring. I passed on going riding yesterday because I bought into the hype of the Brickyard who’s cares about tradition when the the event is just plain boring. The reason I'm an RG fan is because the guy is never dull but even I can't sit and watch these snooze feasts any longer. So many better forms of motorsports I can watch for my diversion pleasure, it just a shame that CUP has turned into this. And oh by the way the announcers must think we are idiots to continue to try and pump drama into these races and think we buy it.

So true, we've gone from hoping he'd get his first win in years to hoping he gets the lucky dog...NASCAR is pathetic. I only watched because I had nothing better to do but I've missed more races this year than I have in previous years

I probably wont watch another race until the Glen

Thank God I got my ticket for free. We got there about 5:30am, set the grill and corn hole up and had a blast! Met tons of cool people and won $50 bucks in a corn hole tournament. Even had Some random RG fans stop by and we discuss how we are a dying breed. One guy agreed with me that he needs to sell the team and try his luck in IRL. So I fed him my world famous farmer slop for breakfast! I got to my seat around 2:00 and was dozing off by 4:00. I figured the 42 had it in the bag so left my seat and went back to the infield and checked the smoker to stay awake. I could see the back straight and turn three from my truck so I wasn't missing much. I had the 42 picked all week,so once he blew it and the 48 was out front I new the race was done, So I went back to focusing on the smoker and had a awesome night. I think I'm done with the brickyard. The Nationwide race was 10x better then the 400.
