Wow, what a suprise.....Kenny Brack wins.......He was very fast and smooth in the Ford. World class driving talent rises to the occasion. Pastrana was second and fast, but ran out of talent on a tight corner in the finals. Block and Deagan DQ'd with damaged vehicles and could not generate enough speed to make it up and over the jump, so they went around, hence the DQ.

Too bad it didn't end up being a little more exciting. Some tight races though.

Some good racing and some lame stuff. Brack looked clean and precise all day. Block going out did not surprise me. Final was kinda lame, looked like neither driver finished the whole course. Pastrana did his typical win or break (or quit in this case). Not a fan of the commentators in the right seat.

The best battle was Brack vs Foust especially with the two different driving styles. Im not surprised the apex beat the drift.

When Pastrana threw it away in the finals it looked like he didnt even counter steer to try and save it. He just kept the wheels turned. Seemed kind of wierd to me.:confused:

Another thing I noticed was that almost everyone had a sequential racing gearbox what Pastrana looked to have a convention gearbox. Wonder why.

Brack and Foust was by far the best race of the day..... Finals were a joke....

in the final, didn't they each have a half lap to complete when travis got stuck? trav hadn't hit the big jump yet, right? seemed like he just kinda gave up. woulda looked better to un-stuck it and keep racing, maybe brack woulda had a problem himself...oh well, that's racing...hindsight is always 20/20

i didn't like the co driver/reporter/snitch either. didn't really add anything...

from the in car footage.. he didnt even try. just gave up.

he didnt look wedged in from outside the car, as they mentioned. Looked like he coulda fired it up, backed up a couple feet and split.

How did Brack finish the finals?? They never cut to him "finishing", they just left the camera on Pastrana and his reactions the whole time and then when they cut to Brack he was already getting out of his car and I was left wondering why they never cut to Brack crossing the finish line??

Brack finished strong. I was sitting on his side of the stadium when he came in. He powered through all the way to the finished. Congrats to the rookie for sure!

Pastrana's car i believe had significant damage to his passenger side front wheel. He knew he was beat, so i guess he just decided to stop.

I think the SuperLite Trucks with a little more speed sections and jumps would be a great platform to see at the X-Games.

I totally agree and that would be a big breakthrough for the series, lots of people who don't know what truck racing is would get to see it.

I believe you are right, where Pastrana was broken at is where Brack would have needed to come through to finish since they still had 1 lap to go on the other course....win by default not by finishing I guess.

I was really disapointed in the rally racing. They DQ'ed Deegan and then ened the race which is BS. I understand he cut the course but what if the other driver (Can't remeber whio it was now) crashed or broke. Then what?
Same with the final. Why did Travis not race on, in a real rally he would have got out of that and gone on.

All seemed very scripted!

Doubt it was scripted, not very exciting...

Both drivers who went around the jump were DQ'd, so the other competitor was an automatic win, red flag, race is over. I wouldn't hit that jump if my car was broken either...

For the Finals, Travis couldn't get moving and race on and was blocking Brack from entering the next part of the course, game over.

ACP was just here returning some rental stuff for the race, I thought he put on a great show again, but there was a lot of carnage out there, everyone broke something! I was hoping for him to take the win, if Travis was going to hit the wall, should've been when he was running against ACP in Semi-Finals! :) j/k

Thanks for the suite Skyler! A/C definitely made X Games more enjoyable!!! I had a great time, Rally racing is longer distances is definitely more exciting to watch, but Sunday at X Games Rally beats a day on the couch watching rally anytime!

funny, i told my wife like 3 times that next year should have short course trucks on the rally course, but a little rougher. i wannna see greaves do the hairpin :)

If you watch the in car footage, Travis definetely tagged something really friggin hard! There was a very loud "bang" you could hear and it looked like his steering was stuck full right.
