Like the title says I'm looking for someone that can mandrel bend 1'' .035 stainless steal in a 2" and 3" radius. I've been searching every where with no luck! I'm building a prototype exhaust for a small displacement street bike and I need the 1" to finish the header.

you might want to get some thicker tubing . burns dosent sell bent tube that small so that would be safe to say than probably noone can do it

heres what burns has in stock for u bends , a little expensive but ive found it easier to work with u bends and straight tubing than trying to get something bent to exactly what u want.just my 2cents

theres also reid washbonn performance that also deals with stainless tubing.

last but not least is B&C industries in anaheim , best prices on mild and ss tube and bends in CA , only problem is they do not keep everything in stock all the time , and their min order for bending tube is 20 pieces. they have lots of rem with small defects for killer prices also.

Thanks for the links.

I should have said I'm just looking for U bends.

I know for a fact that a mandrel bender will bend 1" down to .025, there is a company doing it called Area P but they won't or don't want to supply me with the bends cause I've called every day for the last week without a call back.

U bends and J bends are the only way to fly when you are talking one off or prototyping.
