Does anyone know if standard cab doors (from any year) will fit on a '94 extended cab ranger?

Doors from a 1993 to 97 should work.

Didn't Ford stretch the cab with the other cosmetic changes they made in 1998?

no. cabs all come from same press, they change the front ends and other plastics.. but for is too cheap to change any big molds
