Does USRA put on the Prescott AZ race?

I posting from my blackberry but to answer the Prescott rally question I think yes the Prescott rally offers you year in points toward the usrc I believe but the sanctioning body that puts on the event is the California rally series that also runs an event called the gorman rally. Maybe the same gorman rally you see talking about I also know the Prescott rally allows rally motos to race. I am racing the Prescott rally for the first time this year and pretty excited about it.
