I am having a terriable time wiring up my light relay. I have it wired just like this diagram says, http://www.classictruckshop.com/clubs/earlyburbs/projects/bosch/foglite.jpg ..... whats the deal??? I've got power to the relay.... but it doesn't click on.... and I've tried different relays. Help!

could be a bad switch...jump 30 and 85 from battery and see if the lights come on.

Hey... what does the "87a" prong on a light relay do?

Looking at the diagram, 87 is used as the "power out", in this case the 87A would be used to supply power when the relay is not energized.

Yeah what GlamisMXRider04 said. when the relay has no power to the coil 87A is sullpying power to whatever you have hooked to it untill power is applyed to the coil in the relay
