I'm a mechanical engineer that graduated from Cal Poly. While I was there I spent most of my weekends at Pismo playing in the dunes with my Toyota. It's more of a rockcrawler now than a dune-thrasher, but I do spend a lot of time with my brother helping him build his '86 prerunner. I like all kinds of racing. Watching Pro-2s is my favorite closed course racing, but I think King of the Hammers is an awesome race.
