For those who may be interested, Monster Energy Kawasaki's Casey Currie is planning a Teryx ride day on February 7 in the Johnson Valley OHV area. The ride will consist of some of the famous Hammer trails although none of the super difficult trails will be used. He is laying it out so a stock Teryx will not have any issues making it on the run. There will also be plenty of open desert running, so if you wondered what the King of the Hammers is all about, this is your opportunity to check it out first hand.

Casey will also be providing a BBQ lunch and I hear that there will be plenty of prizes available from those who support Casey and the event. Casey will even have his KOH rock buggy on display and if we ask nicely, I'm sure he'll give us a first hand display of what that car can do in action. I expect it to be a first class event so if your interested please send and email to Info@currieracing.com

Is this a Kaw only event or is it open to all brands?

Will my relatively stock Utv be able to make most of the trails?

Anyone that wants to come check out the hammers is welcome. And any utv will make the trials. Going to be a day to have some fun and check things out!

I would love to do this run, but my 4 seater is out at the river... This sounds like a blast.

You guys missed it! The weather was cool and a little breezy but the dirt conditions could not have been better. Come check out the UTV's in action on Thursday. The course is 58 miles in length and only has a few rock sections and stock Teryx's made the whole route without any major rock damage. For those on the fence you are going to regret not doing it when you hear how fun it was after the fact!
