I have a funco ss2 that I am rebuilding and the seats I have tried to replace are not working, they either dont fit side by side or they make the occupants heads stick out the top of the car.
believe the original seats are beard super seats.
any susggestions?
I am in Phoenix,az

Maybe contact Ed Beard? He's retired from seat building, but might recall. You gonna figure a second exit for that thing?

I used to love those seats. The first seats offered that you sat in instead of on. I still have a couple originals that are, unfortunately, like new. :)

I like how they converted the shoulder harness slot from a single to a double. I too am interested in what they charged.

I am sure rebuilding a seat is on a case by case basis.
When I went to picked these seats up the manager said that they basically where brand new seats using my old frame work. They held to their original price quote of 300.00
and I left them another 20 for lunch.
I was just happy that i found someone to do a quality job cause there was no other option than to rebuild the existing seats.
