Ok, this may be of no interest to most of you, so just hit the delete key. I don't usually post stuff like this, but this is REALLY making me angry; and I cannot STAND people who con others for a living.
Long story short, i paid for a cigar cutter about a month ago. Shortly thereafter, I figured out that most of the positive feedback on her was negative - saying things like "ok, i left you negative feedback, please give me my refund." Well, it turns out she had another ebay "alias", and also runs the website www.bidnazi.com (http://www.bidnazi.com) . Sweet gal.
If anyone around here lives around Sugarland, TX, lemme know if you have heard of her. Here's all the relevant info, for those that are interested. I think there is some good references here for any of you that might get conned. Feel free to use any or part of the letters, and definitely bookmark these websites. I might not get my money back, but i'm going to do my best to make sure she doesn't do this again.
Read on if you're interested...

Theresa,

I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact you now for 2 weeks. You wrote me on the 28th and said it's on it's way, but you apparently were not being truthful. You have not responded to my recent emails, and I refuse to be defrauded by you.
Here is what i'm currently doing:
I have been in contact with the other people that you have done this to recently, listed in your negative feedback as of late. I have recommended to all of them that they do the same as I am doing now, and they have been most receptive.

I have filed a complaint with Paypal. I have filed a report with Citibank, my credit card company.
I have filed a fraud report with Ebay.
I have filed a fraud report with Squaretrade.
I have filed a complaint with the IFCCFBI -
http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
I have filed a report with the National Fraud Center
http://www.fraud.org/info/contactnfic.htm
I have filed a report with Trollhunters -
http://www.trollhunters.com/
And lastly, the Internet Police: http://www.intergov.org/

What I am going to do the day after tomorrow, February 13th: I am contacting your ISP (AOL), and letting them know what you are up to. For reference, fraud is illegal, and AOL does not have any tolerance for it.
I am sending the following letter to your local law enforcement agencies, bother federal, state, county, and local; your local DA's office, my local law enforcement agencies, and my local DA's office (at which my wife is an attorney).

Dear (agency),
I am the victim of an internet scam involving the sale of goods on Ebay. Here is a synopsis of what has occured. On January 11th, 2004, I purchased the following item:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3265012840
She replied the following day, and told me it would be shipped soon, and thanks for the purchase. On January 27th, I emailed again to inquire, and she replied that it had been shipped, and to expect it any day. I emailed again, told her thank you, and she replied "your welcome." Since then, I have emailed her 4 times, without any response. I have contacted others that she has done this to as well, all listed in her negative feedback
(http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=moviesword)
- and they have all given similar stories.

I have all the emails and correspondence attached to this letter,
for
verification. I also have the following information that will be relevant:
The perpetrator's name is Theresa Johnson, her website is http://www.moviesword.com. Her home info is registered to: J Reese, (281) 495-3236, 6427 Briar Glade, Sugar Land, TX 77479. She sells on ebay under the name of "moviesword", found here: http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=moviesword . Please note the recent feedback that indicates this is a pattern. A map to her home is listed here: http://maps.yahoo.com/maps_result?ed=ZHM3N.p_0TokG6EJyy61u9sZChMalov14A--&csz=SUGAR_LAND+TX+77479&country=us So in a recap, I contracted to buy parts via internet from: moviesword, who goes by Theresa Johnson. Her home info is the following: J Reese, (281) 495-3236, 6427 Briar Glade, Sugar Land, TX 77479. I sent a payment via paypal on January 11th to her for $47.45 USD - the documentation from Paypal is also attached. The perp will not answer e-mail or her phone, etc.... and I need help. Can you provide assistance?
Than you for your help,

Kincade Bauer

Just for your peace of mind, I will see this through, and my only satisfaction will be one of 3 results: An IMMEDIATE refund via paypal or money order, and positive feedback for my prompt payment and willingness to wait this long. IMMEDIATE delivery of the goods that I have paid you for, and positive feedback for my prompt payment and willingness to wait this long. Having the satisfaction of seeing you at the hands of your local authorities for what you have done, and what you almost certainly will continue to do.
I await your response, or the lack thereof. You make the choice of which way you would like this to go.

Hmmm, looks like you're not Theresa at all - you are Jennie Reese. Good info here Jennie. You might consider a prompt refund - this is getting absolutely interesting.
"READ ALL FEEDBACK ON THIS SELLER. MANY OF THE POSITIVES ARE
REALLY NEGATIVE. ALSO, THE PAYPAL ISSUE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. DO YOU THINK THEY STOPPED USING PAYPAL BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PAYPAL STOPPED DOING BUSINESS WITH MOVIESWORD BECAUSE OF EXCESSIVE FRAUD COMPLAINTS? WHEN THEY ARE KICKED OFF OF EBAY HOW WILL YOU BE ENSURED YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEM OR GET YOUR MONEY REFUNDED? JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT.
This seller, MOVIESWORD, has a reputation for pre-selling items not in stock. If she has to wait for the distributor then the buyer will also have to wait(this is strictly forbidden by EBAY). Delivery times of 1 to 6 months are normal. This seller is not a credit to EBAY. As always buyers and sellers should leave accurate and honest feedback. This is the only way other ebay members can benefit. This seller will often offer a refund because she cannot get the item. She will hold the buyers refund "hostage" until she receives positive feedback. This is also forbidden by ebay. The seller's name is Jennie Reese. Address is 5702 Silas Creek Ct. Sugarland, TX. Phone is 281-344-0917 or 281-495-3236. Also, she runs an on line auction site that specializes in Ku Klux Klan, skinhead and Nazi items. She is not allowed to sell these items on EBAY. The fees for the site are all sent to her at her home address in Sugarland TX. The site is www.bidnazi.com (http://www.bidnazi.com)
Also had a previous ebay id "amafiahitman" check out the negative
on that one. Scary. Why risk your money? File complaint and withdraw bid if possible would be my advice."

Wow, you've done your homework. I wish ou the best of luck in getting these people. I've used Ebay several times and have had terrific luck.
Bidnazi won't even come up right now. Maybe it got shut down.

I am not the person who has the problem. I thot the problem and what he's done so far was very informative and worth sharing just in case someone here ever has a similar problem.

So far this morning bidnazi won't come up for me either. Maybe the publicity exceeded their bandwidth. I DO NOT agree with what they're doing on bidnazi. I find it repulsive and even checking out the site leaves me feeling unclean, but I support their right to do it. Asking the Gov't to shut it down based solely on the content would set a VERY BAD precedent. As an example a EnviroNazi could say "Those AH's over on rdc are promoting the raping of the Earth with their off roading, they should be shut down." It's the same thing from a different perspective.
Now if they are using the site to promote and instigate the overthrow of the US Gov't, then they should be shut down.
