I am a nissan tech and a chevy guy... It is very believable that that is a 4.3, but a 350 is more likely. And the Titan is bad [I have been warned]... any more Titan fans on here, and if so are you just Nissan freaks, or do you just like them?

i had a 93 hard body (lol) for 2 years from 96-98. it had 31" bfg's stock suspension with the torsions cranked and a 3 " body lift. i beat the living hell out of that truck in plaster city chased at about 30 desert races , and bought it with 36,000 miles on it. traded it in on my supersonono in 98 with 200,000+ miles on it and the truck did not burn a drop of oil. ran good as new at 200,000. open the hood and there was not a speck of moisture ANYWHERE. damn body lift and getting big air do not mix !! or else i'd proly still have it.

only thing that sucked about it was thin bodywork and $$ NISMO 4.625 gears !! but once i put the gears it walked from other 4 banger 5 speed p/u's even a few stock v8's.

sorry to jack post ..... i'm sure that white s dime has a built V8 in it.

I'm a ford guy, to be honest I first started liking nissan trucks from the looks of the frontier that they entered in the 2003 paris to dakar race, it just looks sweet. But the Titan has eanerd my respect, more room in the extended cab than in an F-350 extended cab . . the power is good, although it doesn't feel like the tourqe number (379) is that accurate, but the vehicle does tip the scales right around 5k lbs. Probably the most bang for the buck, as long as the reliability is still there . . . Fords are still great, parts are avaliable throughout mexico, not sure about that for the Titan.

He's got a leadfoot industries sticker on the back, give Josh a call. He probably knows the guy. Leadfoot has a banner on RDC. Just keep clicking refresh til it comes up.
