I think most of us with 5/1600s have been there once or twice. Looks like a good weekend's worth of work as long as no bars cracked or bent. Bajas you gotta love em.

No problem!!
This year at the 500 I saw a guy punch out a dent that size with his fist!!!
The guys looked at it, and said "GET (dont remember the name)". They all moved out of the way and this guy stuck his head in and just started punching the roof with his bare fist............fixed it, done. It was comedy, seemed like is was just a Standard Operating Procedure for them. Oh, dent in the roof.....then get the fist in here...haha The asked for him like I would ask for a 3/4 wrench or somthing!!
We just stood there with our jaws dropped................I dont know how he did not break his fingers/hand??

yep, that was Sam with Nikal...seems ya gotta have one of those guys to make those delicate adjustments...he knew just what I needed...could not get my helmet to clear until he did that.

Come to think of it, I believe I did that once to the roof of a Toyota!!!! But I used a hammer..........
After the roof, came one new axle, two new tires, and some lighting work. I had to weld the light bar in place because the roll destroyed our adjustment mechanisim. Also welded a mag mount antenae to the top of the truck because it broke it off.
Good times, good times................finished the race.....thats all that mattered.

Reminds me of my friend Don Johnson and his 5-1600. After winning the race...by over an hour...he was still pissed that he ran out of gas. He was so pissed that he kicked in the driver side door. The funny thing is that he kicked the door in the only place that had a support pillar. LOL....he broke his big toe and got tons of crap for it ever since.
