There is a group trying to close down Sand Mountain, and with it a large area of our Desert. The action last Sunday was some of the best racing I seen for a long time. The ultra 4x4 races were exciting, and the last truck race with the 7s and T trucks together was also very exciting. I just wanted to extend a huge gratitude of thanks to fellow VORRA racer Brad Falin. Brad called today to say he has the parts Shania needs for her quad. He is shipping them tomorrow. Here are some pictures and articles about and from VORRA races back in the 70s. We owned TRM Racing that was located in Loomis, CA back in the 70s and early 80s. We ran a two seat class ll Chenowth and a class 1 Chenowth 1000 single seat car. We also sponsored Charlie Mason who ran a class 1 Funco SS1. I own three 1968 racing Burro buggies that all were raced in the 1968, 1969 Baja 1000 & 500s....
