Biography:
9 time baja 1000 winner, with only one as driver of record. Have raced 36 years now last 22-23 years with Cameron Steele mostly, Dan Martin, Justin Smith Jake Batulis to name a few also. I have gotten a little tired of the sport now.I Still have the same class 11 car we started with in 1975 at Riverside, the first race ever for class 11, I also have 5 Mint 400 wins, 7 snore 250, and more 5/1600 short cource wins than I can remember, including 3 Crandon wins in Wisconsin. I Have mostly raced limmited VW classes, with a couple of rides in class 2 with Corky and Mark McMillin in the early 80s. Will start racing with my 18 year old son that has ridden with me and Cameron for the last 6 years off and on. love the sport just tired of working on race cars. Founding member of McMillin racing, my dad and several other family freinds started Corky racing in 1976 , and Corky was also my dads best friend. I feel I know more than most when it comes to the past of this sport because I lived it, and been a part of the best times this sport has had since the mid 70s. I like rdc, would like to add to some posts that I feel could help out. My dad started dune buggying in about 1949, and I have been a complete dezert nut for all 48 years of my life.
