Dave, sorry to hear about your fuel issues. I was in 916 the first lap. After you passed me we began smelling fuel and thought it was our own. Then we got back by You and did not smell anything then, You flew back by us and we began to smell fuel again.
Hopefully you have it figured out but, thought I would let you know what we experienced while racing with you.

My name is Tyler, I am very interested in running the ORAF 500. I found someone that is letting drive his car, but I am not sure what kind of guy he is. I met up with him last Tuesday, but I would still like some background on him. Rick Moran. He has approached me to drive with him, but is asking to much from me. What is the entry for this race? How does the Pro 9 thing work out? Does it pay each race or at the end of the 3 races? Does the $450 include MORE's entry? Write me back or give me a call (760) 885-1198. Do you know of any other car owners looking for driving help at this race? I am a 2 time runner up with the MORE series with a hand full of wins. In 2 seasons I have had 2 DNF's. I stopped racing to continue college and my baseball career. I am done with that now, still young, and ready to get back into racing.
