Raced and had wins in class 11, 5-1600 and class 5 1975-1990's Score/Hdra. Baja1000,500,Mint 400, Parker races, Riverside world Championships, Silverbird Invitational, Fireworks 250. I wrenched and raced with my best friend and race partner Hank Roed (RIP) in the 70's and 80's. I worked for Don Morgan who was the Unsers Pikes Peak crew chief and Johnny Rutherford in Albuquerque. built the transmissions used in their class 1 Funco car that Rick Mears drove in the 1978 Mexicali 300 and the Baja races.I owned and operated a race shop in Costa Mesa Calif , and a race shop in Albuquerque. Hank and I operated out of Johns Place Porsche in Signal Hill Calif which used to be Bill Stroppes old place. I still build offroad race cars, engines and transmissions for close friends and associates. I am a native Californian and my cars will be running Norra 2013 and Score Baja 2013.
