Hey brian I might have a spare codriver seat available. Mike gets sick often in the car but its just in case. if u dont have a ride for the chili cook off and you interested let me know. I never know until half way into the race if hes gonna make it or not

I may be there but not racing. The very next week after that is the night race in Primm and I'm prepping the car for that one. I'm gonna try a light bar instead of these big HIDs. They're bright enough, but with this car being built taller, the wind resistance is huge. Anything over 80 MPH and the front of the car lifts up. Without the lights it's no problem and the car stays level. You can feel the weight up there during turning, too. The lighter, smaller light bar will be nice as long as I can see good enough. I'll probably be at the MORE race as a course marshall or spotter or whatever you want to call them. You gonna race there?

That was a fun race. Jim Anderson was, of course, the fastest 5 car. The only reason were were in the lead is because Jim broke. We had a Crumco weld break on the rear trailing arm coming out of the rock garden so we were done. That was fun, though. I love the Mint. Maybe next year!
