Craig we had the same type problem at the baja 1000 we found it to be the pressure regulator on the fuel rail . So we gutted to stock reg and went with a regulator pump and return line setup like the LS fuel setup . We still have some pump issues, used peirburg not Bosch . Have you had bad lock with the pumps also?
