That wasn't me doing that video, it was Charlie Rauseo, who managed the school. At the end he's just waiting for Bill Conger to realize his mistake and come back.
Here's a video I took of Jonah Street going through that super narrow canyon (give it a few seconds to load):

The first time Jimmy Lewis came up to that point he thought it was a dead-end, and he turned around. I did the same thing when I was first scouting it a couple years ago. But I eventually figured out we could actually get through it, so for sure I was going to use it in the roadbook! For the cars, there's an easy way around it, up out of the wash. There's a similar narrow canyon on my route down near Yuma where McMillin was training. I made some roadbook edits to get them around that one.

Are you (camera) standing on that by-pass?
Thanks.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting.."Holy **

Rob MacCachren.
also: Larry Rossler, Andy McMillin, Tavo Vildosola, Jerry Whelchel
and some of the new school guys, Bryce Menzies, Jason Voss
and unleash the DA on this race. I'd love to see that happen some day.
