Tell Me Who Makes This Buggy, Please

This has been bugging me for a few weeks. To me, it resembles the Rear, and radiator placement of a Desert Dynamics car. I don't think the hood is original. But, what do I know? Anyone any help?

Wow, its hard to tell cause it has some very nice features and also others that would not work as a desert vehicle. I dont see any sign of a decent suspension.
