Given RG lost near a minute between WP5 and the finish to Holow which is a VERY short section, I think RG stopped, found out the engine is toast and continued on as best he could. Just a hunch...

Probably stop to help Nasser then went on so he lost time there. Also if he went on could be bad for Nasser.

Nasser has finished; now 50 minutes behind overall. Assuming they get some stages that are actually made up of mostly dunes (which somehow hasn't happened on this rally yet), he should be able to make up a great amount of time, especially when he gets new tires and parts.
