the man is all dakar, all the time...he and his nav man are the best there is. they know exactly what they're TRYING to do. he says that there is a potential disaster waiting in every kilometer . i'm paraphrasing but that's pretty close. the men have some huge balls but don't make too many mistakes. if there's a down side to his style is that he likes the suspension set up firm and that's hard on the rubber...funny huh? rg loves lots of travel and comfort and mr. peterhansel doesn't seem to mind getting the chit gettin' kicked out of him. both are very serious racers with loads of skills.

i think he was dead serious when he said "even robby gordon might be blah blah blah. i'm no judge but he doesn't seem like a guy with much of a sense of humor..personally, i can see why some of the top racers might think rg is just a circus side show. rg sounds like this year that he's racing alot smarter than in the past. it's only taken him 7 years figure out that sometimes slower IS faster in this thing perhaps. anyway it's stephane peckerfelloffinthedirt. no one said it had to rhyme.
