That's always been my thought too; why have the connections/liasons sooooo long? The rally is pretty tough now, but I think it should be tougher/harder, imo. Average stage length to me should be at least 400 miles. And a final stage like tomorrow should be long as well, to show the true champions from the rest of the field.
