Re: Robby Gordon to Race at 2012 King Of The Hammers
If robby doesn't get impatient getting stuck in a traffic jam and do something stupid in the rocks I'm sure he will do well this year. Solid car.

Rooby Proof the car, that is important for sure!!!
I am pulling for him, a top 3 or top 5 finish would be sweet.

Re: Robby Gordon to Race at 2012 King Of The Hammers
I think you all are forgetting about Shannon Campbell and Jason Scherer...Shannon has never had a co-dog in this race, but he also has several rock crawling championships under his belt. And there are a handful of other racers who are very well prepared for this race.
Randy, rock crawling is not boring if you're doing it right!
No doubt RG and Lance will be really competitive, but I agree with Harry, we have to be realistic....remember what happened to Pete - LOL.

2011 is debatable, Campbell passed Scherer on Backdoor for the lead. Nelson was doing great untill the rocks took him out of contention on Outer Limits (rear driveshaft hit a rock and broke).
2012....we will see how it all plays out. I cant wait!

Just wondering why you say this? I have no idea about them and they are just starting to sell here in the NW,
Is it because it taste that bad or the marketing is not good?

Hope RG does well. It would do a lot to raise rock crawling to the next level. I have been a desert racer type person till I moved to Arkansas 10 years ago and had to learn rock crawling. Broke a lot of parts trying to go rock bashing. Finally have learned a little about the finess of rock crawling.
