Robby's DQ at Dakar overturned?

I heard from someone at Parker that Robby's Dakar DQ was overturned. Has anybody else heard about this? I think it's pretty crappy to call him a cheater in front of the world press, and the quietly withdrawal the charge.

According to Rob on Friday might, it had not been overturned.

I heard that when he appealed the DQ in a formal written document he used this as the cover sheet:

That may explain the reason for not overturning it. LOL!
