Re: Rescue + Pit teams save a racers life!
Good to hear that the young lady will be ok. I don't know any class that should get punted we had quite a few love taps and two good punts but our fault for not being faster.

Exactly wait for the whole story then see if you need to grab your pitch forks. We got hit by someone while we were limping and got an apology at midway lol. Im glad to hear the girls are going ok though. we saw the smoke from the wash we broke in 5 miles down the road and got a weird feeling.

Make your $$ count, race a limited class, it last longer.

Sorry, Since she was 15, and my patient. I waited for my director to release the specific info.
That was funny, but I don't like you, so I'm not going to laugh.

Why have little kids in a vehicle in an event such as this?
To show 'em how much fun it is?
The race goes on forever ... and the road never ends!

Whenever we are getting ready for the boobie day race or putting newbies in Uff Da we make sure that they know how to GET OUT (blindfolded). If something does happen the people in the car may be disoriented or unfamiliar with the safety equipment, knowing how to release the restraints and GTFO is super important!

The pictures of the back of Jeep to me don't show any indications of a "punted off course" as I would have expected so my mental pitchfork is getting put back in the shed.

Good point, not much damage to rear end. Forgive my ignorance, why do Jeepspeeds have a no bumping rule over other classes? Fuel Cell placement?

There's no way that can be true...or at least practiced. During the first lap alone we were hit at least 6 times, and once in the python. We've got some missing pieces from all of it.

Possibly to prepare them for racing when they are 16? Maybe simply to share something they love with others? I'm sure there are plenty of reasons, but I'm not sure when age becomes a factor considering a 16 year old just won at the HDRA Primm race...
